"Bringing Baby Home" is an intimate, two-day workshop crafted for both expecting and new parents. This dynamic program, rooted in evidence-based practices from the teachings of the Gottman Institute, offers a hands-on learning experience that places a strong emphasis on the bond between you and your partner.

In this nurturing space, you and your partner will have the opportunity to deepen your connection, enhance your communication, and grow together in your new roles. We will also focus on cultivating a deep, affectionate bond with your little one and will craft a proactive postpartum plan to support your entire family.

You’ll dive into practical activities, where you and your partner will apply the concepts learned in real time. Plus, you'll receive one-on-one feedback from Jaime Filler, LMFT, PMH-C, who is a "Bringing Baby Home" Educator and perinatal mental health therapist to personalize your learning throughout the workshop.
