Your first session is a chance to slow down and be heard. It’s a longer appointment (about 75 minutes), where your therapist will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and begin to get a feel for what life has been like for you lately. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out — we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable as we begin to understand what support could look like for you.

People come to us navigating all kinds of emotional terrain - overwhelm, anxiety, relationship tension, burnout, life transitions, parenting stress, or just feeling off without being able to name why. Therapy with us is a space to reconnect with yourself and make sense of what you’re carrying, with a therapist who’s steady, kind, and attuned to the full picture of your life.

We’re an out-of-network practice, so we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill - a document you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA cards, which many clients use to cover therapy sessions. If you’re hoping to use your benefits, it’s a good idea to check with your insurance company first, so you know what to expect.
If it feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through the next steps for scheduling your first session and getting started with confidence.

Session fees vary based on the therapist’s experience and training. You can find each clinician’s rate listed on their profile on our team page. We believe in being upfront about fees, and we’re happy to talk through any questions during your consultation.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please reach out - we’re happy to talk with you about your options.
