Adulting with ADHD
An 8-Week Online Group for Adults
Maybe you were recently diagnosed with ADHD. Maybe you’ve suspected it for years. Or maybe you’re starting to recognize yourself in conversations about ADHD and wondering, Wait...is this why some things have always felt so hard?
Adulting with ADHD is a supportive online group where you can better understand how ADHD shows up in your life, learn strategies that actually feel usable, and connect with other adults who get it.
You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to participate.
This group may be for you if...
You were recently diagnosed with ADHD
You think you may have ADHD and are still figuring out what that means
You want practical strategies for navigating ADHD in everyday life
You want to better understand yourself—not just “fix” the things you struggle with
You would like to connect with other adults who have similar experiences
What will we do?
Over eight weeks, we’ll make space for both practical support and deeper self-understanding.
You can expect:
Connection with a supportive community of adults with ADHD
A better understanding of yourself and the ways ADHD may show up in your life
Strategies for managing ADHD in everyday life
Resources for continuing to learn about yourself beyond the group
There is no expectation that everyone experiences ADHD in the same way. This is a space to explore what ADHD looks like for you while learning alongside people who may understand parts of your experience in a way others haven’t.
